The Secret Teahouse

Good morning world. Today I’ve realized that naming my posts, usually takes me more than actually making them. That is not always the case but happens quite often. I always want a nice title for them, something to catch one’s eye and hopefully to explain or compliment my picture. But man, that is hard! I have considered borrowing song lyrics, poems or whatever, and I often do, but still, it’s not easy finding something witty and to the point. So from now on, when that happens, and since time is money, I will name those kind of posts after the name of items used in the post itself. So “Secret Teahouse” is the name I’m going with today. Thank you.

Speaking of the Teahouse, it’s one of the new releases you’ll find by 22769, currently at Japonica (BAROQUE) event. Comes with some decor too. I did some research but not a thorough one, and if I’m right, the event ends in 2 days, so hurry up and visit today. I heard the sim there is nice.

The outfit is beautifully made by Addams, their newest gacha release at Epiphany. Have a look at the gacha key here and here (there are 2 gacha sets) for more details on what you can win. And of course, scroll down for the landmarks and information on every item used.

Good morning world. No surprises today, I am still completely blank! I have absolutely nothing to write about other than the weather or work. And I even am bored to read about the weather or my work. So… let’s move on to the stuff.

Today’s post features more goodies from 22679. Their gacha set is called Under the Milkyway Tonight, is beautiful and consists of 16 items for you to collect. It is currently at Whimsical and in case you were confused like me and thought the event is over, it is not. I’m not sure whether it got extended or I had it all wrong from the beginning (thinking it ended on the 8th of June) but I checked and everything is still there for you to grab. You can also have a good look at the gacha key here.

Adventure is just outside the window…

Good morning world. We have a saying in Greece, “Τετάρτη μπήκε, βδομάδα βγήκε” which literally means, “Wednesday entered, week exited” or can be loosely translated to Happy Humpday! Last weekend I didn’t rest or chill at all, therefore I’m really looking forward to this one and I’m already coming up with excuses on how to get out of work on Saturday.

I have also started to think about what I want to do this summer. Is it too early, you think? Last Summer, due to some incidents I didn’t go on vacation so I owe it to myself this year. I have absolutely no idea on what to do or where to go but I think it’s time I started to work on that as well. I love to travel, usually outside of Greece but to be honest, it’s really hard to leave Greece during the summer. What are your plans for the summer? If you have any good ideas, please share.

Anyways, I woke up early today so I felt like rambling a little. Let’s move on to the stuff. This picture is more of a fun post for me as most of the items used are not new releases. And the title is a reminder for me…

The skybox is from hive and was last month’s luxebox release since Scarlet Creative was not in that round. Most of the decor is from 22769 from past releases. Then you have some pretty frames from keke and the console set is from Newchurch from last round of Cosmopolitan event, which is bi-weekly so I didn’t make it on time. Events that only last for two weeks really stress me out! The set should be at the mainstore now. The hair I’m wearing is from Truth, last month’s vip group gift and it’s the 3rd time I’m blogging it but I just love it that much! Last but not least, the romper is from Me Sew Sexy from the current round of The Chapter Four. Have a look at the credits below for more details and have fun shopping.

Good morning world! And happy Easter. I’m a bit hungover from last night so I won’t make sense if I start rambling for too long. I’ll just cut to the chase. It’s a rare one but come on… You can’t be that unlucky. Unless you’re like my bestie Jules who never, ever gets the gacha she wants. Good morning world! How is everyone? The closer we get to Friday the better my mood gets. Four days off work sound like pure magic at the moment. I don’t have any big plans yet for the Easter than eat, sleep and blog.

Did you know that, according to a research online, your body needs around two days to adjust to a new environment when you’re traveling? I don’t know if it’s true but it does sound reasonable. The research specifically mentioned that if you’re going to have some time off, less than a week, it’s not really worth spending it traveling elsewhere. You won’t be able to feel rested and enjoy the new place as you would, had you spent more days to it. I’m following that advice and staying in Athens for the holidays. It will be a bit weird (I usually travel) but I really don’t care this year.

Today’s post features another new skin applier ItGirls released for Lelutka bento heads this time. I blogged her Catwa release yesterday but this time I needed to show you her newest one. Annie Jolifaunt never sleeps apparently. I can’t complain, I love how she always makes my avatar look like a super model. It’s worn on Simone head, the shape is included as always and it comes in all five available skin tones.

Homemade happiness

I know our deal is I don’t ramble in the weekends, but thanks to my computer dying I have been posting less, so a) I have missed rambling and b) I owe you such.

Ok, for those that haven’t been keeping up with my blog, I’ve blogged on Monday (or Tuesday, not sure) that my computer is dead, currently at the computer tech guy, trying to figure out why it was getting the BSoD. He has come up with many reasons why, all of which make sense to me but apparently it’s still not fixed. He actually called me yesterday to tell me that it’s ready, only to call back 2 hours later to let me know it still gets some errors.

If you’re wondering how I’m still posting pictures, it’s because a)I’m using my father’s old laptop and b) I always take more pictures in the weekend, save them, edit and post them during the weekdays (when I can’t log on SL for too long). So I had taken a bunch of pictures last weekend, but after this one, I only have one more to post.

If you’re not familiar with it, it’s basically a monthly mystery box filled with high quality, original mesh decor, home and garden items.  After the 8th of April, [ keke ] will be releasing the same build, but in white color in her mainstore. So if you’re bummed you missed this you can always purchase a previous box or get it in white. The hair is from Tram currently at the Crossroads and the outfit is from ISON at Collabor88. Skin and Head are, both new, from Pumec and Catwa, at the Skin Fair.

The colors of the candy house

Good morning peeps! Friday today so the mood is good. My computer is still at the “doctor’s” and let me tell you, I miss it, big time! I have been using my father’s laptop and…ermm..let’s just say it’s different. Editing this picture on his computer was quite challenging. But better than nothing. The computer tech guy contacted me yesterday, to let me know it was the RAM cards that caused the BSoD issue. They have lifetime warranty so they can be replaced for free, which is pretty cool, but it will probably take a while. I need to send them back to the company that made them, they need to examine them and then send me new ones. I’d give it a week but who knows how long this will take.

Good morning everyone! It’s international women’s day today so let’s celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievement of women. There’s still a lot of work that needs to be done. But we are not to be discouraged. And that’s all I’m going to say on this matter. It’s also Wednesday today so all the weekend lovers like me have more reasons to celebrate. We’re half way there.

Today’s post features more stuff from the new round of We Love RolePlay. The hair is new add-on from Tableau Vivant. It can be worn on any female head but Tableau released hairbases for Catwa as well. They have similar hairbases for Lelutka heads that would match this add-on, currently at Kustom9. The corset is from EMO-tions and can also be found at WLRP. And since you’re there, you can check out PUMEC’s new lipstick appliers for Catwa heads.
