Summer is just around the corner and the recent SL creations are here to remind us…! Today’s post is all about that. Take a look below for all the important details and have fun creating your own little summer scenes!
Good morning! The boobs are out so you know what that means…it’s ROMP season. I usually set the ladies free every time ROMP opens because…well…why not?! The releases at the event encourage me to do so. Yeah, let’s blame them, it’s super convenient…!
ROMP opens every 3 months and lasts for only 2 weeks so you don’t have all the time in the world to go and check it out. Take a look at their website for more information about the event and at the credits below for all the necessary details.
Good morning! Friday is finally here and I’m happy. It’s a feeling I get every Friday but it only lasts for a few minutes as then I usually get news like “you’re working on Saturday after all”. Let’s hope this one is different!
Today I’m showcasing more Bloom stuff along with some from the Epiphany. Timewise, Bloom ends in 3 days so you don’t have much time left and the Epiphany, well, you still have a few days!
Everything you need to know is listed below so grab a snack and happy reading/shopping!

Hello world and happy weekend! If you’ve been following this blog from the early beginning, you probably know well about our agreement. I don’t ramble in the weekends. And it’s a super convenient rule since I have absolutely nothing to say right now. So I’m just going to let you check the picture and the credits quietly.

Good morning world! Back to work again today so I’m grumpy. It is Wednesday though and that makes me feel a lot better.
I had mentioned in one of my previous posts that I had been working on a project for the Holiday Issue of the Gallant Magazine. The magazine is released so now I can share it all with you. Well, not all, I only picked some of the pictures.
Mostly because some of the stuff in the pictures are still currently at events but also because the whole point is to read the magazine!
So, my project was to create a winter lodge. Divos provided some boards for me from pinterest with pictures that would inspire and motivate me. He also had the build ready. And a pretty big one!
At this point, I want to mention that this has been the very first time I worked on something that huge and demanding. The fact that Divos trusted me with this project, showed me faith and support meant a great deal. I felt that I had to do a great job and not let him down. But, working more than full time and taking on a project like this, can be challenging.
I had to sleep for only 3-4 hours every night in order to finish the decorations and as soon as that part was over, take the pictures. And you know I’m weird right? I changed the bedroom decoration twice and the bathroom’s and kitchen’s thrice. Yes. And I still don’t like them 100%!
I’m not saying all these to complain. Not at all. I knew what I was getting myself into. It was a stressful experience but which activity that involves a deadline, isn’t? I think the satisfaction I’ve gotten after everything was ready and all the nice and kind comments I received from many of you are worth it more. Plus, it’s one more experience. It helped me become more resourceful, creative and grow as a blogger.
Most of the items used in the pictures are fairly new or still currently at events, the Arcade and Fameshed.
Featured designers are Apple Fall, Hive, Dust Bunny, 22769, Soy, Consignment, Trompe Loeil and many more. Both the mentioned events are about to end soon though so you don’t have time all the time in the world. I would suggest visiting page 267 of the magazine for all the detailed credits. They took me a while to write down so you kind of have to read them.
The whole build is at the Gallant Estates sim which is now open to the public and will remain open until the 2nd of January. I would like to encourage you all to visit and see the works of other fellow bloggers and decorators there, take your pictures and tell me your opinion on everything, by leaving a comment below. I will include all the important SLUrls and links at the end of this post.
Last but not least, I want to thank Divos for his tremendous support and encouragement all this time. He’s a wonderful person and I’m lucky enough to call him a friend now. He’s pretty hot too! Big thanks to Julie and Alexa also, for offering me an ear to complain to and a providing me with a hug when I needed one. And big thanks to all of you for reading and supporting me for so long. I appreciate it a lot!

“All journeys eventually end in the same place, Home”
Good morning world! Ever since I started blogging, I’ve had a hard time with many things. One of them, naming posts. It is never easy and I want it to be a nice, somewhat creative title instead of a #Post398 one. I also have a hard time with the image editing. You know, that feeling when you take a good shot or at least, a shot you’re happy with but then your edit skills are not good enough to actually help you make the image you’ve had on your mind. This is the case for me recently. I’ve managed to spend less time on taking the picture but way more time editing it. I constantly delete and re-edit because I’m never happy with the result. And guys…I can’t afford that.
I realize I often stare at my picture for way too long, wondering “What am I trying to prove? I’m not a Photoshop expert nor a graphics artist”, which also results in me hating it and eventually deleting it. I know I need to just chill and enjoy this but it’s easier to say than actually do.
This is the case with my picture today. 22769 released 2 gacha sets for the current round of the Arcade, beautiful and winter-y. I made a cute scene with them, took the picture last night and went to bed at 4am, only because I kept editing the image into something that I actually like. And actually, I still don’t.
Time pressure is a bitch though, which is why I often have to settle. When that happens, I just post the picture right away before I decide to delete and start all over again. Oh, and you know when people leave you comments to your pictures and you think “Wow, what do they see that I don’t?” Or some of the comments are “lovely picture”? I appreciate the love and support but every time I get a “lovely” comment it feels more like an “Okay, you’ve done better before” or “Okay, thank you”. But hey…it’s still nice that they leave one.
That was a bunch of my random thoughts this morning, sorry for the long ramble. Have a look below for all the details and have a good day!

Hello world! L’arret du temps is French for “The stop of time”. It’s also a lovely cafe here in Athens I always go to when it’s the winter, as it’s Paris themed and inspired and very cozy and warm. They don’t have the same decor there for sure, but you know what? Now, they should.
But why am I talking about time all of the sudden? Because, as you can see, I’m showcasing a beautiful grandfather clock in the picture so I figured that would be the focus of it. By the way, who came up with that name? Grandfather clock? I don’t work in marketing but I don’t think that’s the best name to make good sales.
The clock is fully functional and animated. You can choose any time zone, chiming options and volumes and the door opens. I had set my local time, as soon as I rezzed it, so you can all now see what time I managed to take this picture. No, that’s not 3pm, that’s 3am!
Anyways, the clock, along with the chairs and the engravings are currently available at Fameshed, made by Fancy Decor which never disappoints, especially when it comes to clocks.
That’s all for now folks. Have a great one and I’ll see you all next time.
