Good morning and happy Friday. Another beautiful day today and what a great way to spend it at the office. Yesterday at work, I had a conversation with one of the employees, a rather new and young one (22) about work in general. He’s the kind of employee one would call lazy, but I don’t think he’s exactly that. I think he’s just not interested. Being the fantastic person that I am (did I hear giggles?) of course I asked him to talk to me and tell me if he’s happy with his job or if there’s something bothering him. He was honest enough to tell me that he likes the job enough but he doesn’t like working at all. He even had a theory that, he would soon make tons of money so he wouldn’t ever have to work again. When I asked him how he would make that happen, his answer was “You’ll see”.
The point of my boring little story today is, what I keep reminding myself every time I feel tired or lazy. You can’t sit on your ass all day and do nothing. It’s not healthy. We’re creative beings. We are made to discover, develop and invent stuff. So even if you’re rich enough to not have to work like pretty much everyone else, then just find a way to spend your time creatively.
Speaking about creativity, I’ve found myself being worn out lately. Do you know the feeling when you have all these ideas in your head but when it comes down to creating them, you’re all blacked out? Nothing seems to work or nothing turns out to happen the way you imagined it would. I keep telling myself it’s temporary and that I probably use all of my thinking and energy at work, but I do miss it blogging wise.
Today’s post features more stuff from the Arcade. The event is huge and the stores so many I have yet so much to show you. One of the gachas you need to check out is the one by Dead Dollz. It’s called The House of the Brides and consists of both decor and apparel items. Then there is the gacha of Mikunch, The Dress Maker, complimenting Dead Dollz creations wonderfully. Last but not least Pixel Mode has also created a gacha called Amelia which is too beautiful to not use it in your pictures.
The skin applier I’m wearing is from Glam Affair, one of the 3 they released also at the Arcade and the pose is one of the new set of poses Pose It created for the new round of On9.
