Life is the sum of your choices, how true this is, I have thought a lot about this quote recently and how true it is, whether we make good choices or bad choices they are still our choices and therefore we have to live with the consequences of those choices, be it something amazing happens to you or something heart breaking. I don’t believe everyone in life makes only good choices, I certainly have made my fair share of bad choices but I own those choices, I live with them and I learn from them, what I won’t do is blame others for what choices I do make.
This doesn’t mean I don’t get to be upset or hurt, or happy or elated because of the consequences, or even have the support of others when I make the wrong choices, its just me being accountable for my own life. This in my mind makes me a strong person, someone I should be proud to be and yes sometime I need reminding of that. So next time you make a good or bad choice, recognise it for what it is and move on, learn from it and know it’s making you the person you are meant to be, in the place you are meant to end up.
The sun is shining again today, it’s a refreshing change for a British Girl lol so time to enjoy it.
